• For the past four years we have worked with Leicester Adult Skills and Learning Service to provide further subsidies to the courses they offer. Big Local funding will pay for £250 off accredited courses and £150 off non-accredited course. So far over 180+ residents have benefited from this offer.  Helping them to reach their full potential. 

• Business support forums were held in the first year of the Big Local plan with a business adviser being appointed to support local companies. 

• In 2019 an offer was made to 30 local business to sign up to Loyal Free a phone based app that could offer local residents and business an opportunity to offer targeted discount and help to increase their footfall.  This was supported with a marketing campaign to encourage residents to sign up to the app,
